I had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean with excellent pools and facilities, but lacked a kettle for tea and modern toiletries. The buffet meals were not exceptional, and having a morning cup of tea in the room would have been nice.

I had a great time at the hotel. The rooms were very big and clean, spotless, with a very spacious bathroom and an excellent shower after booking a family room. The service was friendly and helpful, but they disappointed me by not providing free water after 11 pm, which was an odd rule of the owners. The location was good, with nice pools and friendly staff, though a bit out of the center of Albufeira. The dining experience was satisfactory with plenty of choices, but the meal was poor and not tasty until 9. The hotel offers a lot, but some improvements could be made.
